Payment & Groups
Payments should be made on the registration website by credit card or via bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the fees. For group registration (10 participants and more), please send your request to cogireg@congressmed.com
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations until July 17, 2026: €50 administration fee.
- July 17 - October 17, 2026: 50% refund.
- From October 18, 2026: No refund.
- Visa cancellations are subject to the standard policy upon submission of documentation.
Liability & Insurance
The COGI Congress cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to congress participants. Adequate insurance coverage is strongly recommended.
